What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 2 months through 5 years across Infants,
Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-KG.
What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday 7:30–18:00, Friday 8:00–12:00. We are closed on
Saturdays and UAE public holidays.
Are meals included?
Full-day places include morning snack, hot lunch, and afternoon snack.
We cater for common allergies with advance notice. Half-day places
include morning snack.
Do you offer Arabic and English?
Daily life is bilingual. Educators use English as the main classroom
language, with Arabic stories, songs, and vocabulary woven through the
week.
Can we try a day before enrolling?
After a centre visit, many families book a half-day trial (subject to
space). Ask us when you enquire.
Is there parking?
Yes. Short-stay visitor parking is available under the building. Use the
visitor spaces marked Sunshine on podium level B1.
What should we bring on the first day?
A labelled change of clothes, sun hat, water bottle, and any comfort
item for rest time. Infants: labelled bottles and nappies as agreed in
your care plan.
How do waitlists work?
If your preferred room is full, we place you on the waitlist by desired
start month. Priority is given to siblings of enrolled children.
How do I book a visit?
Use the enquire form on this page, chat with our AI enquiry assistant
(when enabled), or email hello@sunshinechildcare.ae. Visit slots are
Tuesday to Thursday mornings.
How is Sunshine managed digitally?
Sunshine runs on Clayox for admissions, attendance, messaging, and
billing. Families receive a parent portal after enrollment.
